Kenneth GustafsonKenneth Leroy Gustafson, 73, of Wapello, died Wednesday, January 29, 2003, at the Unity Hospital in Muscatine. Born January 8, 1930, in Burlington, he was the son of Alton Robert and Ethel Mae Walker Gustafson.
Mr. Gustafson graduated from Wapello High School and served in the United States Army. He was an accountant, having worked for furniture and cabinetry sales.
Survivors include two sisters, Anna Marie Gustafson of Seattle, Washington and Hazel Mae Fuller of Muscatine and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert.
There were no services per his wishes.
The Dudgeon-McCulley Funeral Home in Wapello provided the care for Kenneth Gustafson.
Donations in his memory may be made to the Wapello Nursing and Rehab Center or the research association for either Emphysema or Heart.
