Dennis “Buzz” Houtz

Dennis “Buzz” Houtz died February 26, in Crescent City, CA. The son of David and Anna Mae Fry Houtz, he was born August 8, 1936, in West Burlington, IA. He lived in Wapello a number of years before moving to California.

Survivors include his wife, Blandina Houtz; two daughters, Bridget Williams and Susan Houtz; four sons, Alan Houtz, Michael Houtz, Mark Houtz, Scott Houtz; several grandchildren; and two brothers, Robert Houtz and Vernon Houtz.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, and one son.
