FUNERAL IS HELD THIS AFTERNOON

Funeral services over the remains of Edward Beck, the former well known local young man who passed away at Phoenix Ariz., last week, were held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Beck, 402 Grandview avenue. The Rev. Newton Moore, pastor of the Mulford Congregational church, officiated and delivered the funeral sermon. Miss Nellie Rice offered a vocal solo, "Face to Face." Interment was made in the Greenwood cemetery.

Those who carried the remains to their place of final rest were George Pitchforth, Al. J. Thomas, Fred Bomke, William Fuhlmann, Ray Mark and Clayton Vanatta.
