MRS PEARL HARKEY HAS PASSED AWAY.

South Muscatine Woman Succumbed to Typhoid Pneumonia at her Home - Ill One Week.

Mrs. Pearl Harkey, of 1103 Nebraska street, passed away at the family residence this afternoon at 1 o'clock, after a brief illness. Mrs. Harkey was taken ill with typhoid-pneumonia about a week ago, which caused her death. She was formerly Pearl Styman, and was born about 22 years ago, at Grandview, Ia. In August, 1906, she was united in marriage to George Harkey, who together with one child, aged five months, survive her. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Styman, and one sister, Miss Maude Styman, of Grandview, also mourn her death.

No funeral arrangements have been made as yet.
