FUNERAL SERVICES HELD IN THE CITY

MRS. ANNA M'FADDEN LAID TO REST AT ST. MARY'S

Passed Away on Saturday at Grandview, Ia., After a Long Illness - Was Well Known Here.

The funeral of the late Mrs. Anna McFadden was held this morning at 10 o'clock from St. Mary's Catholic church. Rev. J.I. Grieser conducted the services, which were very impressive. A requiem high mass was celebrated, and special music was offered by the choir. Interment was made in St. Mary's cemetery. The remains were brought to this city this morning on the M.N. and S. from Grandview, where the deceased passed away on Saturday. Her death was due to a cancer of the stomach, from which she had been suffering for some time. She is survived by her husband and two daughters. She was very well known in this vicinity.
