Kenneth Russel, son of G.W. Cocklin and wife, was born in Grandview August 27, 1907, and died December 18, 1907, age three months and twenty-one days. Little Kenneth was a bright winsome babe and loved by all who knew him. Though brightening the home for so short a time, his memory will ever remain with them. Funeral services conducted by Rev. Longnecker at the M.E. church. Interment in the Grandview cemetery.

There's another crown in heaven,
There's another victory won.
Our baby gained that victory,
His work on earth is done.

He's safe from the world's temptations,
So safe from all its harm,
And over the shining river
He's waiting with outstretched arms.

Little darling how we miss you
From our midst each passing day;
But we would not recall you,
But with Jesus bid you stay.
