Mildred Katherine Thompson, age 93, of Hampton, Iowa, died February 9, 1999, at Oakwood Care Center, Clear Lake, Iowa.

Mildred Katherine Thompson was born March 26, 1905, at Letts, Iowa, the daughter of Walter Philip and Margaret K. (Baker) Thompson. She was educatede in the Letts schools. she had been employed as a teacher and receptionist.

Survivors include a brother, J. Harold Thompson, Clear Lake, nieces and nephews.

she was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Hazel, and a brother, Arthur.

Graveside services were held February 12, at the Letts Cemetery. Rev. Lavina Shoffner officiated. Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton, IA was in charge of arrangements.
