Jim McDowell, age 61 died April 13, 1994 of a heart attack at his business, McDowell Business Forms, City of Industry, Calif. He was born Sept. 17, 1932 to William and Mary McDowell in Wapello. He married Joyce Kerr Kingston.

Survivors include his wife, four children, two sisters, one brother, sister-in-law Arlene McDowell and several nieces and nephews. Services were held in California.
