Catherine D. Vulgamore was born near Grandview, Iowa, Oct. 4, 1872, died Feb. 14, 1907. at her home near Letts, Iowa, aged 34 years, 4 months and 12 days. She was united in marriage to Jno. Harkey in 1888 at Wichita, Kans. To this union was born eight children. Besides the eight children she leaves a huband, an aged mother and step-father to mourn her departure. Two brothers and six sisters preceded her to the spirit world. Funeral services were conducted from the United Evangelical church at Grandview Saturday at 11 o'clock, Rev. J.V. Hummell officiating. The bereaved family have the sympathy of the entire community.
