Services for Nadeane Braun, 65, of 2322 North Birchwood Avenue, Davenport, were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 14, at Runge Mortuary, Davenport, with bural in Davenport Memorial Park.

Nadeane Gabriel Braun was born August 25, 1925, at Columbus City, the daughter of Ralph Omer and Isabelle Gabriel. She married Dale Hollingsworth who died in 1977. She married Arthur Braun in Davenport in 1986. Mrs. Braun died November 11, 1990, at St. Luke's Hospital in Davenport.

She owned and operated Hollingsworth Floor Covering in Davenport. She and her husband also owned the Opendoor Tap in Davenport. She had been a sponsor of the Davenport Youth Baseball League for more than 25 years.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Kimberly Byrne of Letts; a son, Rick Hollingsworth of Blue Grass; a step-daughter, Linda Kindig of Davenport; a step-son, Robert Braun of Davenport; five grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren; her mother, Mrs. Isabelle Gabriel of Columbus City; four brothers, Douglas Gabriel of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Ephraim Gabriel of Columbus Junction and Ralph and Larry Gabriel of Columbus City; and two sisters, Shirley Till of Cassel, California, and Marlene Pierce of Georgia.

She was also preceded in death by her father and one brother, Edwin Eugene Gabriel.
