Mildred "Millie" Bozman, age 70, of Morning Sun, died Sunday, June 13, 2004, at the University Hospital in Iowa City. The daughter of Granville H. and Louise M. Bahl Randoll, she was born May 19, 1934, in Morning Sun. She was a graduate of Morning Sun High School. On Oct. 4, 1952, she married Robert Bozman in Morning Sun; he died May 1, 2001.

She was a member of the Morning Sun American Legion Auxiliary, a charter member of the Morning Sun Lioness Club, and a member of the Traveling Tiger Camping Club. She was a homemaker and in later years worked for ServiceMaster and Don and Esther Callahan. She enjoyed camping, crocheting, embroidery work, her family and friends, attending sports events of her grandchildren, and the fellowship at the Dairy Barn.

Survivors include two daughters, Carrie Wymore Richardson of Morning Sun and Judy Palmer of Winfield; six grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two daughters and one son in infancy, three sisters and three brothers.

The funeral service was Wednesday at the Hagele and Honts Funeral Home in Morning Sun, with the Rev. Greg Carr officiating. Intermnet followed in Elmwood Cemetery.

Visitation was Tuesday at the funeral home, where the family met with friends in the evening.

A general memorial has been established.
