Attend Memorial/Interment Service

A memorial and interment service for Alberta Bennett, was held at 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 10, at the Wapello Cemetery. Alberta died Oct. 25, 2002, in Black Mountain, N.C. A grandson, the Rev. Jerry Bennett of Belleville, Ill., conducted the service and sang "How Great Thou Art." Relatives from East Moline, Carbon Cliff and Belleville, Ill., Oakville, Burlington, Wapello and Black Mountain, N.C. attended the service.
