Mrs. Austin Bebb Called By Death

Mrs. Austin Bebb, a former resident of Conesville died at 9:45 p.m. Sunday, August 18, 1963 at the Hadley Nursing Home in Richland, Iowa, where she had been a patient the past six months.

Gertrude K. Bebb, daughter of Samuel and Alta Kiplinger Hill was born February 18, 1899 at Conesville and was aged 64 years and 6 months.

She was united in marriage to Austin Bebb, March 11, 1925 at Muscatine and they made their home at Conesville until 1952 when they moved to Brighton community.

She was preceded in death by one son, Robert who died at the age of nine years.

She was a member of the United Church of Christ at Conesville.

Surviving are her husband and many relatives and friends who mourn her passing.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Stacy Funeral Home and were conducted by the Rev. Jack Gager pastor of the United Presbyterian Church at Brighton.

Music was by Mrs. B.O. Roundy.

Flower attendants were Mrs. Ross Hodson, Mrs. Clifford Leeper and Mrs. Lola Whisler.

Casket bearers were Clifford Leeper, Ransom Forbes, Ross Hodson, Benjamin Leeper, Dennis Christianson, clayton Parcell.

Burial in the Conesville cemetery.
