Stacey Fayelee Bean, infant daughter of Don and Debbie Bean, of Columbus Junction, died suddenly February 11, 1998, at Muscatine General Hospital.

Stacey Fayelee Bean was born November 9, 1997, at Washington County Hospital, Washington, Iowa, to Jamie Lee. She was adopted by Donnie and Debbie Bean at birth.

Survivors include her parents, Don and Debbie Bean; her birth mother, Jamie Lee, Columbus Junction, and birthfather, Richard Craver, Ellisville, Illinois. She has an older sister, cheyenne Vawn, Columbus Junction.

Also surviving are grandparents, Wayne and pam Lee, Columbus Junction; Doris Forbes, Columbus Junction; Stanley and Mildred Bean, Cotter, Iowa and Ruth Bryan, Ellisville, Illniois. Additional survivors include great-grandmother, Velma Lee of Columbus Junction, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services were held February 14 at the Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home. Burial was in the Columbus City Cemetery. Rev. Walden Paige officiated. casket bearers were Doug Grimm, Bret Kurtz, Terry Bean and Gene Slater. A memorial has been established at the funeral home.
