Irene Marie Reddick, 73, 414 E., 6th St., died Thursday morning at University Hospitals, Iowa City, following an extended illness.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home. The Rev. L. Eugene Mohr will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation begins at 7 o'clock this evening and will be before service time Saturday.

The daughter of Fred and Maqrtha Kindler Frieden, she was born April 13, 1909, in Grandview. She had lived most of her life in the Muscatine area.

Her marriage to William Reddick took place July 6, 1935, in Muscatine. She was a member of the Walnut Park Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Fred M. and Ernest W., both of Muscatine; one daughter, Violet Reddick of Muscatine; one grandchild; two brothers, Fred Frieden and Walter Frieden, both of Muscatine; one sister, Viola Franklin of Muscatine; and one stepsister, Mrs. Neal (Carrol) Brown of Rock Island, Ill.

She was preceded in death by her husband and one sister.
