Miss Louise C. LEONHARD Funeral Rites Saturday

Miss Louise Caroline LEONHARD, daughter of Henry LEONHARD and Mary Caroline HAUCK-LEONHARD, was born in Johnson County near Lone Tree November 19, 1879, and died at St. Luke's Hospital in Davenport June 10, 1970, at the age of 90 years, 6 months and 21 days.

The past fifty years she has resided in Davenport; previously she lived on a farm near Columbus Junction.

She was faithful in her attendance and interest to the First Christian Church in Davenport.

Survivors are: two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Pearl WOODRUFF and Mrs. Helen THORNTON, both of Columbus Junction, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five sisters, Elizabeth LORBER, Margaret FISHER, Mary ROLL, Emma HOCKE, Eva HOCKE; four brothers, Henry, John, Elliott and Joseph.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Harold N. Olson. Miss Donna Belle Hughes was organist. Casket bearers were Ronald LEONHARD, Robert LEONHARD, Steven McFarland, Tom McFarland, Cal Duncan and Lewis Pugh.

Burial was in the Columbus City Cemetery.
