Pre-nuptial Shower

Misses Fannie Jackson and Faye McGrew were the hostesses at a delightful pre nuptial shower Friday evening to a party of their friends, at the home of the former. The affair was a miscellaneous shower given in honor of her sister, Miss Helen, who will be united in marriage to Joe Neal Wednesday, June 29. The house presented a very pretty scene with decorations of red bells, asparagus and ferns. Many beautiful and useful presents were received. Miss Fannie Jackson offered a vocal solo and Misses Ethyl Browning and Jessie Cocklin gave several piano selections. At ten o'clock the guests were invited to the dining room where an elegant three course supper was served. The tables were beautifully decorated with ferns, white carnations and pink roses.
