need death and marriage records

I am in need of 2 death records and one marriage record from Center Point, Linn County, Iowa. I have the exact dates for the deaths but only the year for the marriage. Is anyone able to do this for me? I am willing to pay for them. I live in NC and would appreciate any help with this.

Deaths

Charles M Clime, born Feb 16, 1832 NJ, died July 8 1911 Center Point, IA, buried in Urbana, parents Samuel and Abigail

Mary E Clime, born Ohio 1852, died 1923 Center Point, IA, buried in Center Point, parents Daniel and Martha Nicholson.

Marriage

Charles M Clime and Mary E Nicholson is her maiden name may have been married before marrying Charles and I don't know what her married name is. Married in 1901 probably in Linn County to Charles M Clime.
