Joseph S. Myers and Delina Searl

I'm looking for any information on a Joseph S. MYERS who was living in Linn co. in the 1840 census. I believe this to be Joseph S. MYERS b. ca. 1812 in OH and married Delina SEARL 13 December 1837 in Bureau County, IL. Delina died before 1845, and in the 1850 Census, Joseph S. MYERS and their daughter Sarah Jane MYERS (b. 1839) are living with Delina's sister Mary (SEARL) HARDMAN in Cedar Co. IA. I'm trying to find if Delina (SEARL) MYERS died in Linn Co. between 1840 and 1845. ANY clues or hints would be appreciated. dorrie
