Death of Miss Mary Michael
Miss Mary Michael died at the St. Luke's hospital Monday morning. She had been seriously ill for a long time and was taken to the hospital six weeks ago. Miss Michael was born in Glasgow, Scotland, but had made her home in Marion for several years. Before her last illness, she had been employed in Rubek's restaurant. A sister, Mrs. J.W. Black, residing at 296 Fifth avenue, survives. The funeral was held Wednesday morning at Pingrey's chapel, with the Rev. H.G. Finney in charge. Burial was in Oak Shade cemetery.
