Doug Case, 70, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2021. Doug's last wishes were to invite family and friends to a Celebration of Life Jam: (Please feel free to bring along instruments of choice and join in) from 2 to 10 p.m. Saturday, March 27, at Eagles Club, 1735 11th St. NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405. Food and refreshments provided.
Doug was born on Nov. 19, 1950, to Kenneth and Jacqueline Case in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Doug graduated from Jefferson High School in 1968.
He is survived by brothers, Kevin Hudson, Cedar Rapids, Karl Hudson, Cedar Rapids, Steve (Sylvia) Case, Pleasant Hill, Mo., Bill (Judy) Nance, Blue Springs, Mo., and Christopher Nance, Blue Springs, Mo.; and sisters, Kathy (Nance) Stockdal (Bob), Blue Springs, Mo., and Susanne Nance, Pleasant Hill, Mo.
He was preceded in death by Jacqueline (Rubel/Case/Hudson) Jeffords, Finis Hudson, Kenneth Case, Josephine (Nance) Case, Linda (Case/Lacy/Clements) Muetzel, Darren Lacy and Donovan Clements.
