Beverly Jean Albaugh, 53, of Des Moines, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Feb. 28 in Ankeny. Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, Hamilton's Funeral Home, Des Moines, where friends may call after 4 p.m. Wednesday. Graveside services: 3 p.m. Thursday, Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion.
Survivors included three daughters, twins Veronda Waterman of Evergreen Colo., and Mary Schneider of Soldotna, Alska, and Malinda Van Genderen of Indianols; a stepson, Harry Waterman Jr. of Phoenix, Ariz.; her mother, Evelyn Steele of Cedar Rapids; a sister, Shirley Allee, and a brother, Donald Albaugh, both of Cedar Rapids; and her father, Donald Albaugh of Illinois.
Also surviving are aunts and cousins.
She was born in Cedar Rapids, where she attended McKinley School and Washington High School. In 1960, she moved to Des Moines. She had been employed as a waitress.
Instead of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
