Services Friday for Mrs. Addie B. Oakley
Services for Mrs. Addie Burk Oakley, widow of George N. Oakley, who died Tuesday in Chicago, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the Yocom chapel by the Rev. C.V.R. DeJong. Burial will be in Oak Shade cemetery.
Mr. Oakley died in Marion Sept. 25, 1935. The family residence here was at 519 Ninth street. Mrs. Oakley was the daughter of John and Mary Walters Burk. Following the death of her husband she went to Chicago to live with her daughter, Mrs. Mary Hansen. The body will arrive in Marion Thursday afternoon.
