Mrs. Charles L. Miskimen, 65, of 1135 Twenty-first avenue SW, died in a Cedar Rapids hospital at 8:10 p.m. Thursday after a brief illness. Born in Elgin, Neb., July 21, 1885, she had lived in Cedar Rapids for 22 years.
In addition to her husband she is survived by six children, Darrell, Mrs. Elgia Miller, Carroll and Charles, jr., all of Cedar Rapids; Mrs. Aleda Strausser, North English, and Harvey, Charleston, W. Va.; a brother, Elmer Anderson of Elgin, Neb., and 17 grandchildren.
She was a member of the Four Square Gospel church.
Services will be conducted in the Beatty chapel at 1:30 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Linwood cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
