David A. Tesdahl , 38, of 1642 B Ave. NE, died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 1993, in St. Luke's Hospital after a long illness. Memorial services: 3 p.m. Saturday, Murdoch Funeral Home, Marion, by the Rev. Ed Gregory. There will be no visitation. Inurnment: Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion.

Survivors include a son; his father; four sisters; and a brother.

Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother and a sister, Diane McCarte.

He was born the son of Floyd and Mabel Davids Tesdahl on Dec. 5, 1954, in Mason City. He served in the Air Force from 1972 to 1974. David repaired printing presses for several corporations in the Texas and Iowa areas.

A memorial fund has been established.

He was a loving and caring person and a good father, and will be missed by his family and friends.
