Diana L. McCarte, 46, of San Francisco, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died April 5 in St. Luke's Hospital, San Francisco, after a sudden illness. The body was cremated. Graveside services: 1 p.m. Monday, Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion.

Survivors include her husband; four sons and a daughter; her father, of Cedar Rapids; two brothers; and four sisters. {names omitted for privacy}

Also surviving are three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mabel Tesdahl.
