Mrs. Addie Doyle, 68, of 1501 A avenue NE, widow of James Edward Doyle, died in a local hospital at 3 p.m. Monday after a brief illness.
She was born July 26, 1878, at Viola. Surviving are four sons, Laurence E., Chicago; Donald J., Grand Rapids, Minn., and John Lynn and James E. Doyle, Cedar Rapids; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Berg and Mrs. Mary Machula,Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Dorothy Holcomb, Los Angeles; a sister, Mrs. Emma Magee, Cedar Rapids; 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be held in the Rohn chapel at 2 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. John De Long will officiate and burial will be in the Viola cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
