CECIL TITUS
Cecil S. Titus, 61, a former Marion and Waterloo resident, passed away Monday morning, May 10 at his home in Los Angeles, Calif., where he had resided since 1932. In 1915, he moved from Marion to Waterloo with his parents, Griffen and Susan Titus.
Surviving are a brother, Stewart Titus of Janesville, Ia. and three sisters, Mrs. Harold Miller of Waterloo, Mrs. G.N. Armstrong of Glendale, Calif., and Mrs. Earl Townley of Seal Beach, Calif.
Services were at 11 a.m. Friday May 14 at the graveside, Oak Shade Cemetery in Marion, conducted by Rev. A.F. Frankhauser, pastor of Salem E.U.B. church of Cedar Rapids. Murdoch Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
