Obituary.
PARALTA, Nov. 8. -- Miss Bertha M. Schooly[sic], daughter of I.N. Schooly, died last Friday of typhoid fever at the age of 18 years. The funeral services were held at Springville, conducted by the Rev. I.K. Bloom of Cedar Rapids and Rev. Dr. Ballman of Springville. The remains were interred in the Springville cemetery.
