Funeral services for Ernst F. Wullner, 828 Third Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids, were held Saturday, Feb. 13 at 11 a.m. at Janeba-Kuba Funeral Home West, Cedar Rapids. The Rev. David Young of Hope Lutheran church officiated. Burial was in the Czech National Cemetery with military honors by Hanford Post 5 of the American Legion.

Ernst F. Wullner, son of Ernst and Minna (Lemke) Wullner, was born June 20, 1922 at Eldena, Germany. He came to the United States in 1923 and lived in Postville until 1953 when he moved to Cedar Rapids. He had been employed by Pennick and Ford and also had been a truck driver. He was a veteran of World War II.

Surviving are two daughters, Norma Kiefer and Sandra Wullner, both of Cedar Rapids; five sons, Robert, Ronald and Donald, all of Cedar Rapids, James of Central City and LeeRoy of Clinton; 15 grandchildren, two great grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Dale Brainard, Postville and one brother, William, Postville.
