Kathryn B. Kimm, daughter of William Kimm 1035 F. Ave. NW died Thursday at Huntingten Beach, CA. of a cerebral hemmorage. Born Sept 2, 1918 at Norway, Benton Co., she was a 1944 graduate of St. Luke's School of Nursing and received additional training at the University of Colorado, Boulder. She served in the armed services six years, including two in the Korean Theatre, where she was injured. (She had bone surgery twice for the hole in her back) Surviving besides her father are three sisters, Mrs Waldo Hennenius, Cedar Rapaids; Mrs Carl Wayson, Independence; and Janet Kimm, at home, and two brothers, Edward Kimm, Westminister, CA; and Robert Kimm, at home..Military services will be held Saturday at Huntingdon Beach. Burial: Keokuk National Cemetery. (Keokuk, IA)
