William S. Kimm-born 15 June 1881 Norway, Benton Co. IA. died-24 Jun 1967 Cedar Rapids, Linn Co. IA.
William S. Kimm, 1035 F Avenue NW, resident for 10 years, died Sat evening in a hospital following a long illness. Born June 15, 1881, in Norway (IA), he was married to Anna Hoard Oct 25, 1912 in Sisseton, SD. Mr Kimm farmed near Independence until his retirement in 1957.
Surviving are three daughters, Eleanor Wayson of Independence, Janet V. Kimm at home, and Charlotte Hennenius of Cedar Rapids; two sons, Edward Kimm of Westminister, CA; and Robert Kimm, at home; seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren, and a sister, Louise Nelson of Cincinnati. His wife preceded him in death in 1964; two sons, Charles in 1939 and Raymond in 1964; and a daughter, Kathryn in 1967.
