Donald Larimer Services Wed.
Donald Edwin Larimer, 24, was killed at 10:00 a.m. Sunday in a highway accident on highway 150, 13 miles north of Cedar Rapids at the Lafayette Corner.
Larimer was born at Central City on December 6, 1925, the son of John and Bertha Gertlin Larimer. He was a farmer and harmed north of Shellsburg. He was a member of the Oak Grove Christian Church near Shellsburg and of Benton City Lodge No. 81, A.F. & A.M. of Shellsburg.
He is survived by his mother whom he made his home and by a brother, William of Marion and three sisters: Mrs. Anna Ledvina, Marion; Mrs. Sylvia Beem, Carlisle, and Mrs. Velma Rompot, Lisbon. His father and two brothers, John and Arthur preceded him in death.
Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Oak Grove Christian church, north of Shellsburg. Services were conducted at by the Rev. Gerald Richardson and Masonic services by Benton City Lodge No. 81, A.F. & A.M. Interment was in Cedar Memorial Pakr. Pallbearers....
