A Fatal Case of Diphtheria
The little 2-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Markus died Wednesday morning after a brief illness of diphtheria at the family home, 724 Eighteenth avenue. The funeral was Wednesday and was private, the interment being in the Hebrew cemetery. This is the first fatal case of diphtheria in this city for a long time.
