Gave up the Battle.
Mary Margaret Epperson, the little 2-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Epperson of Marshalltown, died Wednesday morning at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles McCabe, 629 L street, west. The little one had been in ill health for a number of months, and it was long ago realized that there was little hope of saving her. Mr. and Mrs. Epperson in their great affliction will have the sympathy of a host of friends. The funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
