Elihu Robins Suffers Death as a Result of a Stroke of Paralysis.
Elihu Robins, one of the oldest settlers of this vicinity, passed away at the family home two miles north of the city on the river bank road, Monday morning at 1 o'clock, the cause of which as a stroke of paralysis which seized the deceased on Wednesday last.
The deceased was born in Belmont county, Ohio, in July, 1818, and came to Iowa in 1850, and to Linn county in 1870.
The funeral will be held at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning from the home and the interment will be in Oak Hill cemetery.
