The Cedar Rapids Evening Gazette Saturday November 1, 1902
Nellie Anderson, daughter of J.C. and J.E. Anderson, Monroe township, died today at the age of 17 after two years and four months of intense suffering. For all of that time she had been helpless from inflammatory rheumatism. The funeral will be at Shiloh, Monday at 3 p.m., conducted by Rev. N.A. Mershon.
