C. Harold Scott, 84, of 2517 Hwy 13, Marion, died Sunday morning in Winslow House Care Center, Marion, following a short illness.
Born April 17, 1904, at Marion, he married E. Colette Iseminger June 10, 1931, at Cedar Rapids. For 35 years, Mr. Scott worked for Penick & Ford Ltd., retiring in 1969 as a millhouse foreman. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church at Marion, Mount Herman Lodge No. 263 AF&AM; Cedar Chapter No. 184 of Order of Eastern Star, Gethsemane Shrine No. 1, W.S.J., Apollo Commandry and El Kahir Shrine.
Survivors include his wife; a son, E. Wayne Scott of Huntington Station, N.Y.; and two grandchildren.
Services: 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, Murdoch Chapel, Marion, by the Rev. Jay Miller and Mount Herman Lodge No. 2863 AF&AM. Burial: Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion. Friends may call from 1 p.m. to service time Wednesday in the chapel.
