Susana Miriam Vilafane Hunt, 40, formerly of Marion, died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 1996, in Harmony House Health Care Center, Waterloo, after a long illness. Services: 7 p.m. Thursday, Morgan Funeral Home, Mount Vernon, where friends may call after 5 p.m. Thursday. Burial: Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion.

Survivors include her husband, David, and a daughter, {private}, both of Marion; her mother, Olga Vilafane, and a brother, Alfredo Vilafane, both of Godoy Cruz, Argentina.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Born July 25, 1956, in Mendoza, Argentina, to Mr. and Mrs. Vilafane, she married David E. Hunt on Oct. 30, 1982, in Santa Ana, Calif. The couple moved from Moreno Valley, Calif., to Marion in 1992.
