Services Monday for Mrs John Straubinger
Mrs. John Straubinger, 73, of 635 Fourth avenue, a lifelong resident of Marion died Thursday at 11:20 p.m. in a Marion nursing home, following a long illness.
Born Nina May Kindler at Marion, Feb. 24, 1882, she was married Oct. 17, 1906 at Marion. Mr. Straubinger died at Marion May 6, 1854. She was a member of the Marion Methodist church. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Richard Marsh, and a son, George Straubinger, both of Marion; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be conducted Monday at 2 p.m. in Murdoch chapel by the Rev. James P. Gable. Burial will be in Oak Shade cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel after 1 p.m. Saturday.
