Services for Ashley F. Williams, 53, who died Sunday at his apartment, 408 1/2 Second avenue SE, Cedar Rapids, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Yocom-Murdoch chapel by the Rev. James P. Gable. Burial will be in the Cedar Memorial cemetery.
Mr. Williams was born Jan. 13, 1898, at Wyoming, Ia. Before moving to Cedar Rapids three years ago he made his home in Marion for many years. He was a member of the Methodist church.
Surviving are two sons, Pvt. Bob Williams with the army at Fort Bragg, N.C., and David H. Williams, Anamosa. Friends may call at the chapel.
