William J. Fleisher, 95, of 460 Liberty Drive SE, a lifelong resident of the Marion-Cedar Rapids area, died Friday night in a Cedar Rapids hospital.
Born Sept. 30, 1885, at Marion, he was married to Grace Johnson on Sept. 30, 1910, at Marion. She died April 16, 1952. Mr. Fleisher was a radio repairman for many years. He was a member of the Marion Christian Church and the IOOF.
Surviving are three sons, Kyle of Cedar Rapids, Seigle of Pitman, N.J., and Mahlon of Angleton, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Lulu Luse of Marion; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services: 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Murdoch Chapel in Marion by Rev. Wayne Greene. Burial: Oak Shade Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel after 1:30 p.m. Monday. A memorial fund has been established.
