Mrs. Hattie Perrin Died in Illinois
The body of Mrs. Hattie W. Perrin was brought here last Saturday for a funeral service at the Yocom chapel Saturday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock, with the Rev. A.W. Henke pastor of the Methodist church in charge. She died Friday morning at the home of her sister, Mrs. Ida Eggericks, at Dixon, Ill., where she has been cared for the past year because of ill health. Her home in Marion was at 303 Thirteenth street.
She was born July 5, 1863, at Wellington, New York, and her husband, W.H. Perrin, died in Marion in 1932. Death also has taken two sons, Harry and Ray, and a granddaughter, Mabel Perrin Kline, reared in the home. Surviving is a son, Scott Perrin, of Pasadena, Calif., and a second sister, Nellie, of Cheyenne, Wyo.
Mrs. Perrin was a member of the Marion Methodist church, the Woman's Relief corps, the Legion Auxiliary, the Milwaukee Woman's club, and the Marion chapter O.E.S. The latter organization used its ritual service at the funeral. Burial was in Oak Shade cemetery.
