Mrs. Sam Fulkerson Dies; Long Illness
Ruth Nina Fulkerson, wife of Sam C. Fulkerson, 1524 A avenue NE, a Cedar Rapids resident for three and a half years, died at her home at 9:30 a.m. Friday following a long illness. Born Nov. 16, 1911, at Flemingsburg, Ky., she was married on Jan. 8, 1951, at Tiffin, Ohio.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, is a sister, Amy Starke of Austin, Texas.
Services will be conducted in the Turner chapel at 1:30 p.m. Monday. Friends may call at the chapel after 1 p.m. Saturday.
