Lois A. Emmons Reimers, 90, a longtime resident of Marion before moving to Crystal Lake, Ill., in 1972, died Tuesday following a short illness at Fair Oaks Nursing Home, Crystal Lake.
She was born Feb. 7, 1891, near Marion and was married to Fred H. Reimers Oct. 20, 1921. Mr. Reimers died April 21, 1955.
Mrs. Reimers was a member of First United Presbyterian Church, the Cornerstone Sunday school class and the Milwaukee Women's Club.
Survivors include one son, John F. of Crystal Lake, and two grandchildren.
Services: 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Murdoch Chapel, Marion, by the Rev. Jay A. Miller. Burial: Oak Shade Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today. A memorial fund has been established.
