Mrs. Marie Schenk, 75, Dies at Clinton
Mrs. Marie F. Schenk, 75, who formerly resided a mile south of Marion, died Sunday at 7:50 a.m. at Clinton following a long illness. Born at Homestead April 25, 1869, she was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church, Marion.
Surviving are two sons, William, Clinton and Fred, Central City; five daughters, Louise Schenk and Mrs. Frieda Little, Clinton; Mrs. Marie Falcon, Kenosha, WIs.; Mrs. Rose Marston, Albany, N.Y., and Mrs. Frank Randall of Springville; a brother, August Franke; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted TUesday at 2 p.m. at the Lutheran church, Marion. The Rev. E.W. Wuggazer will be in charge.
