Frances M. Kramer, 90, a resident of Hallmark Care Center, Mount Vernon, died there Wednesday evening following a brief illness.
Born Oct. 17, 1899, at Robins, she married Walter Kramer Feb. 14, 1921, at Marion. He died in 1961. A longtime resident of Marion, Mrs. Kramer moved to the care center in 1979. She was a member of Church of the Brethren at Robins and a 50-year member of American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving are a son, Elwood of Rockport, Mass.; a daughter, Lorraine Trimble of Marion; a brother, Ralph Hoover of Elkader; two sisters, Pearl Bebee of Robins and Bess Emmons of Fort Myers, Fla.; seven grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Murdoch Chapel, Marion, by the Rev. Nick Shrope. Burial: Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion....
