Miss Anderson Died Saturday
Hazel Fae Anderson passed away at 3 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 29, at the home of her brother, William J. Anderson, Alburnett, following a long illness.
The daughter of James S. and Anna Mae Weislogel Anderson, she was born May 16, 1896 in Johnson county.
At the age of 7, she moved with her family to Alburnett. Later she lived in Cedar Rapids and Chicago. She returned to Alburnett five years ago.
Miss Anderson was a member of the E.U.B. church in Alburnett. Surviving in addition to her brother is a nephew, Max Anderson, of Center Point.
Services were 1:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 31, at the Murdoch chapel, Marion, conducted by the Rev. Robert F. Day of Alburnett. Interment was in Lafayette cemetery.
