Deaths
ADAMS-- Samuel Edward Adams, 98, pioneer resident of Linn county, died at his home on the Iowa City road early today.
Mr. Adams was born Sept. 25, 1925 near Barnsville, Ohio. He came to Iowa in 1873 and engaged in farming.
He is survived by one daughter, Miss Rose F. Adams, who made her home with him. His wife died in 1910.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the home. Burial will be in LaFayette cemetery.
