John W. Fleming died early last Friday morning at the home of his brother, N.A. Fleming, residing just north of Alburnett. He was the son of John J. and Juilett Paine Fleming and was born 84 years ago in Otter Creek township, and is survived by a sister, Miss Julia A. Fleming and two brothers, N.A. Fleming and Elmer E. Fleming, all living near Alburnett. He never married. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Lafayette church with Rev. C.C. Miller, pastor of the Christian church of Center Point in charge. Burial was in Lafayette.
